Never. The Starter and Growth tiers are flat monthly fees with unlimited returns. We do not penalize you for being a customer-friendly merchant.

What about international returns?

We support 30+ regional carriers including DHL, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and BlueDart. Customs forms, duties, and tracking are all handled automatically.

How does the carbon-neutral option work?

Shoppers can opt into a consolidated, lower-emissions shipping route. We calculate the carbon impact per return and offset it via verified reforestation partners. You can surface this in your portal or hide it — your call.
